Common questions

Does my count reset if I close the app?

No. Your place is saved as you listen. Open the app and press Resume to continue on the same repeat.

How do I change between the male and female voice?

On the player screen, tap Female or Male. The count carries on where it was.

Why does the voice sound different on my phone?

The free plan uses your phone's built-in voices. For the most natural sound, download an “Enhanced” or “Premium” English voice in your phone's accessibility settings, or use Premium's studio voices.

How do I cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

I paid but Premium isn't unlocked

Open Settings in the app, tap See Premium, then Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase.
