Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms apply to the Repeat the Word app (“the app”), published by Psalm One Media (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Bible text and audio
The King James Version is in the public domain. Other Bible versions, when offered, are used under licence from their publishers and remain their property. Their copyright notices appear in the app. You may not extract or redistribute licensed text or audio.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, and may include a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the app accurate and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update this page and the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
